This component analyzes single words only and returns all possible meanings and available grammatic data. Named entity recognition is both dictionary and heuristics based (that is, words not specified in the dictionary can be also analyzed). Non-dictionary entities such as surnames of specific nationalities (Russian, German, Arabic, Japanese, Italian, Greek, etc.), time of the day, date, timezone, smileys, etc. can be also recognized and classified. New entities can be added via the suites (free edition as well).
